What is the age limit?
We welcome skiers of all ages and abilities on our trips. Solo travelers need to be 18 years or older, however, we love to have families join us as well. Our destinations provide activities for everyone!
How do I reserve my spot?
Do I need to pay in full?
No! Well...eventually. We offer custom installment plans to fit every budget. Our goal is to give every guest the opportunity to travel and ride our destinations. All payments must be made 60 days prior to departure date.
I like my skis/snowboard why should I use demos?
We recommend using demo skis/snowboards on our trips. We take extra care to work with local shops that offer premium gear and flexibility for our guests. If the POW Train comes to town while you are on a trip wouldn't you want the chance to ride some powder skis? If you would like to bring your own equipment, go for it! Guests will be responsible for any excess airline fee's associated with transporting your gear to the destination.
What happens if I need to cancel?
All payments are non-refundable. However, if you can't make your scheduled trip due to unforeseen circumstances First Chair Travel Co. will make every effort to return your hard earned money to you or provide you with a credit on a future trip. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance if you are concerned with cancellation.
Most trip costs are transferable so if you find someone to go in your place that works too!

Price Fluctuations and Trip Termination
Prices may vary due to currency fluctuations, final airfares negotiated, and city of origin of traveler. First Chair Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour due to lack of participation. In this unlikely situation, a 100% refund of all payments made up to that date will be made to all guests.
First Chair Travel will not assume responsibility for any agency or person who fails to provide contracted services for any of its trips. In such an event, alternate services will be sought. Also, we assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items or personal injury during the course of a trip.
